Relatively addicted to Gong Cha's Earl Grey Milk Tea since I tried it some 2 years ago. I must have told myself "I need to know how to brew this tea". Not exactly brew though, since its just soaking of tea bags in hot water.
Well anyway, I've tried few brands of Earl Grey Tea and I thought I just found the best today — Dilmah's. Personally, I am more of a person who'd pick sweet over sour anytime. Twinings's Earl Grey was a tad too sour to my liking. I have no idea what is the definition of the perfect Earl Grey though. This one is, or at least to me.
Cheers for the new found favorite.
